Shipping Rates
Free delivery is offered across the United Arab Emirates.
Where We Ship
Currently, we deliver across the United Arab Emirates (all emirates).
Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours on business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays).
Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery usually takes place within 24 hours after dispatch for addresses across the UAE.
Typical end-to-end timing is 24–48 hours from the moment you place your order, depending on the time of purchase and courier pickup availability.
While we always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to peak periods, weather conditions, or courier network constraints.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.
Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear once the courier has collected your parcel.
Delivery Requirements
Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number are accurate and reachable.
Couriers may require a signature or ID verification upon delivery.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or arrange collection according to their policy.
Delivery Exceptions
Remote or restricted-access locations (such as security-controlled buildings) may require additional coordination and delivery time.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes can only be made before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Items purchased as pre-orders or backorders will be dispatched once stock becomes available. Delivery timeframes will begin once the item is in stock.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, delayed, or appears lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.
Our team will assist you promptly and open a case with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
