Returns & Exchanges

Effective date: 23 September 2025

This policy applies to purchases made on the AMRI AMARNIA online store and deliveries within the United Arab Emirates.

1) Return Eligibility (Change of Mind)

Easy returns within 14 business days of delivery (Mon–Fri, UAE public holidays excluded) when all of the following are met:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors, stains, or marks (including makeup/perfume).

  • Original tags/labels are intact and still attached.

  • Original packaging (e.g., branded box, dust bag, polybag, protective inserts) is included and undamaged.

  • A valid order number and proof of purchase are provided.

Return shipping costs may apply. We recommend a trackable courier service. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.

2) Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on: undergarments, socks, face masks, swimwear bottoms, customized/monogrammed items, final sale/clearance items, gift cards, and complimentary gifts.

3) Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns. Once your original item passes inspection at our facility:

  • We will ship the replacement within 2 business days (subject to availability).

  • If the requested size/color is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or process a refund per Section 4.

  • Outbound shipping for the exchanged item may be charged unless stated otherwise in a promotion.

4) Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection, approved returns are refunded within 5 - 7 days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees, duties, and other handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Bank processing times may add extra days after we issue the refund.

  • If a returned item fails inspection (signs of wear, tags removed, damaged packaging), we may decline the refund and return the item to you at your expense.

5) Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Once validated, we will cover return shipping and provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

6) How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@amriamarnia.com within the applicable window.

  2. Use the Withdrawal/Return Form below (copy/paste into your email), and attach clear photos if relevant.

  3. Our team will reply with return approval and the return address plus packing guidance.

  4. Ship the item using a trackable service and share the tracking number.

  5. We will inspect the item upon arrival and proceed with your refund or exchange per this policy.

Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid transit damage. Include all accessories and branded packaging.

8) Important Notes

  • Returns and exchanges are currently available within the UAE only.

  • The 3-business-day window is counted from the first delivery attempt/receipt shown on the courier tracking.

  • We may update this policy at any time; the version posted at checkout applies to your order.
